EDIT: The boss passive has since been fixed. Do not use this comp, it will grief you.

SURPRISE BLUNT RESIST! (boss starts at 1:25, p2 at 10:33)

Okay, so as of right now I think this fight is bugged. She has a passive called You Must Accept the Pain which gives her a +3 attack power buff and heals her for 15% hp if she has bleed or burn at the start of the turn. I definitely goofed on this multiple times in this fight and it never triggered. I do not know why. It makes the boss significantly easier though, so...yeah. The dungeon as a whole is very buggy, a bunch of passives never trigger, making the whole affair kind of confusing. If PM ever fixes these bugs this boss will be enormously more difficult than portrayed here.

3-22 as a whole is kind of a funny trick. The entire chapter is chock-a-block with enemies with fatal blunt resist, incentivizing you to run a ton of blunt characters. Buuuuut, 3-22 has minibosses with super duper high blunt resist and weaknesses to either pierce or slash. This means that you need to make sure that you have some backup characters that you can splash in for those bosses.

The boss has a lot going on, but half of it doesn't work, so let's get right into it. The bosses don't show their passive text the first time you do them so I have no real proof this is how it works but as far as I can tell:

First off, in phase 1, this boss has ineff resist to blunt, and normal to pierce and slash. This means that the party that you've been using for all of ch3 might struggle a bit here. Don't sleep on 1* characters. They are excellent and perfectly usable for this boss.

If you didnt collect all three A Signs throughout the dungeon Sinclair will have permanent paralyze for the whole fight.

The boss also TECHNICALLY has a mechanic that gives her a ton of attack and healing if she has burn or bleed (was bugged at the time, did not work).

The boss staggers a party member every turn. I dont know how it selects them. I think it might have something to do with The Gripping (?).

Once you kill her in p1, she transitions to an awful worm thing:

The boss ALLEGEDLY retains the burn/bleed mechanic (still doesn't work though).

She will now oscillate between a normal phase and an instinct (called Ecstatic) phase, similar to the the abnos that happen in this dungeon. Staring on turn 3, she'll cycle into Ecstatic every 2 turns, and this phase lasts 1 turn. The ecscatic phase is way more threatening than her normal phase so resources are best pooled for that.

Once the boss falls below 50%, she gains Purity. This will cause her to attempt an AoE attack that will be hugely problematic if it goes off. This attack can be cancelled by winning a clash against Repent!! (a single coin 15+5). EGOs are highly recommended for this clash.

The boss gets power -2 for every arm that's destroyed. Prioritize killing arms once they're staggered if possible.

Overall...idk i feel like I didnt actually do the boss cause half of it didn't seem to work. It's a cool boss and some of the skills are pretty threatening, but it's otherwise not super challenging. I got the debuff and it didn't actually matter that much.
