Most of the trophies work in the same way than Heavy Rain and Beyond : Two Souls meaning that you cannot enter a chapter, realize some actions, jump out and select another chapter far away from it. You have to run through the story to unlock a trophy that begins in one chapter and ends in another.

During Chapter 11, after an arrestation, you will end up in your apartment, at night. Turn around and look at the floor. There is a flyer next to the door. Pick it up. The second part of the trophy happens Saturday, the last day. As soon as you wake up, head to the living room and just look at the box with a miniature train. The trophy unlocks right there.
