Sony just recently posted a job listing for a multiplatform account manager, and they're specifically seeking someone who will oversee their games release on PC, Xbox, Nintendo, and mobile. Pretty much confirming that PlayStation will keep pursuing a multiplatform strategy that will even include their closest competitor Microsoft. So let's discuss what this means and what it could mean for the long term future of the PlayStation business! And more importantly, what this represents for a shift in the industry. Times are a changin' out there. And Sony seems keen on moving with the times. And by that, I mean keep making clams. Which by the way, not enough people refer to money as clams.
