Thank you, sister Souk (Lucie) from the Sisters of Charity for having me today. It is very interesting to learn about her religious life as a Catholic nun. Dedicated her life to help others, especially the children inneed.
Sister Souk and her two fellow nuns are running a charity community project in Luang Prabang called" Deaf and Mute community center where they're taking care of over 100 disable students from 8 provinces of northern Laos.

Here, the children from the age of 8 and over can go to school, as well as learn how to weave, sew, and fix motorbikes.
The Sister of Charity is one and the only Catholic Center in Luang Prabang. Only 5 minutes by motorbike from the city center. They have animal farms, workshop, and the showroom where they showcase all handmade handicrafts made by the students.

Hi folks, NatNomad here. An ex-Buddhist monk from Laos with a big dream of seeing the world. Throughout my time for over 10 years being a monk I kept asking myself this one question "What life is like out there beyond the monastery?" And because of this question alone made me take a big step in 2014 when I finally say goodbye to my wonderful monastic life.
And now I'm doing what I've always wanted to do. Though I am not quite sure if I can say that I'm living my dream but you know what I'm loving my new adventure.
