Guided practice – Holding peace with Faith & Divine Grace!

This 15-minutes guided practice explores experientially a deep peace within through being connected to the body, holding a larger faith in our deeper center and opening up to grace and abundance of blessings.

A peace explored through simply allowing a flow (akin to floating and not holding or controlling) through our thoughts, emotions and body. A peace by being anchored deep within and feeling a divine presence or connection.

Do sit in a place where you can be with yourself. Relax and spend this time for your own inner work.
