- Study their appearance.
- Observe how they speak: accent, cadence, volume, and vocabulary.
- Pay attention to their behavior, including posture and movement.
- Learn about their hobbies and what they love.
- Identify the things you have in common.

Then, blend in.

Don’t worry about not being authentic.

You already adjust your appearance to fit in depending on the occasion.

They won’t see this as manipulation but as a sign of respect and understanding.

In turn, you’ll boost your sales.
