$12.8 bil company company Kellanova got a full learning path to assist with the competitive, sharp-elbowed world of stocking, placing and selling consumer foods in the grocery store market.

Jeff utilizes the handheld controllers to complete the operations--end to end--of a store visit (for more info on an industry and company-specific training solution, see our links below). The main tasks included identifying safety concerns, envisioning optimal product locations and endcap possibilities, simulated movement and placing palettes of goods and much more.

Digital avatars of the user's hands assist in the fine-motor-detail level tasks down to entering stock quantities on an image of a tablet!

Additionally, the sales staff inspect goods on the shelves while removing damaged products.

The previous sales development center for Kellanova was a brick-and-mortar re-created grocery store aisle in a warehouse near their original home city. By partnering with Roundtable Learning as an XR vendor, they were able to close a facility that cost $1 mil per year in rental, maintenance, and other costs.
