Its main claim to fame is probably that it is a very simple and straightforward bag that is very well executed. It's simplicity and excellent construction also make it a versatile bag - from daily urban (or "civic") use to minimalist one-bag-travel (where it can work as a "Goldilocks bag" in the right conditions as I'll discuss below) to cross over use as an outdoor back for day hikes, this bag is incredibly versatile.

On the other hand, its main claim to infamy might be its weird duck bill protrusion at the top of the bag. Besides looking really ugly when not packed out fully, it can also be a bit inconvenient in that it makes it harder to close the bag and to access the interior contents at times. Additionally, the main zipper compartment, while very easy to rip open for access, has a tendency to snag when closing, requiring two hands and deliberate action to shut the compartment.
