Leica Digilux 2 in 2020 - True Leica or True Fail

I’ve been trying to find new sources of inspiration for my photography. And one way to do this I thought was: get some quirky cameras and try to get some cool shots with them.

When Leica teamed up with Panasonic it may have been out of desperation. The bis "L" was under the risk of becoming obsolete and so they announced the Digilux 2 in 2004. After the digilux and the digilux 1, the digilux 2 was the third model coming out of a cooperation project and the first one that was given a true Leica design. In its time it was overpiced and from the specs sheet alone underperfoming. Is it still relevant in 2020? Can you get some good photos with it and is it worth getting? Let's see.
