Cilantro Cashew Ingredients

1 cup of cilantro
1/2 cup of cashews
3 tbsp lemon juice
Half a jalapeño deseeded
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup of salsa (tomato, red onion, pinch of jalapeño)
1/4 tsp salt (or more)
Pinch of red pepper (optional)
3/4 cup of water

Salad ingredients

Romaine lettuce (chopped up)
2 and 1/2 cups of marinated broccoli, shredded carrots, red onions ( marinate with 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/2 soy sauce)
