Ingredients:

1 small can sardines in tomato sauce
1/4 pack misua thin flour noodles
1 bunch fresh petchay leaves, stems trimmed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
2-3 cups of water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
