So every ending also brings a new beginning.

And this one is about falling in love with the road again – after leaving the volcanic island of Fuerteventura.

Not because vanlife is suddenly all smooth sailing (trust me, it’s still far from it - such as our front brakes deciding to fall apart 🙃) But being back on the Spanish mainland, greeted by spring, reminded me why we chose this lifestyle in the first place.

Our van is due for inspection in Sweden in less than three weeks from when we filmed this. And still – despite the time pressure – I honestly think this video holds some of the most beautiful nature shots we’ve ever captured.
