The GoPro Hero 11 adds a new Hyperview lens. The big question is how does it compare to the Max Lens Mod that has been available since the Hero 9? This video includes side-by-side mountain bike footage so you can judge for yourself.

The Max Lens Mod footage was recorded on a Hero 10. The Max Lens Mod is compatible with the Hero 11, but does not offer any functionality over the Hero 10.

Both cameras were mounted to a single GoPro Chesty mount, and they were bouncing around quite a bit during the ride. This caused the Hero 11 footage to be less stable than it would be if it was the only camera and mounted on a more stable chest mount like the Sportsman.
