1. Smith Presses: 4 sets x 12 reps.
2. Dumbbell Presses: 3 sets x 12 reps.
3. Dumbbell Laterals: 3 sets x 12 reps.
4. Dumbbell Front Raises: 3 sets x 10-12 reps.
5. Bent Over Laterals, super set to Rear Delt Rows: 3 sets x 10-12 reps.
6. Reverse fly machine: 3 sets x 10-12 reps.
7. Barbell Shrugs: 4 sets x 8-10 reps.
