Landscape Photography and the Olympus Hi Res Mode

In this video I look at using the Olympus Hi Res Mode for landscape photography.

Whilst primarily suited for more static subject matter, it is still possible to get good results using it for Landscapes, provided you use it within its constraints and in suitable weather conditions; it can become more problematic to use in windier conditions. It is also possible to get humongous images well above the quoted 80 mp using the mode; I managed to get a 242mp image by taking a series of Hi Res images and stitching them together to form a panorama.

The images for the video were captured at the Humber Bridge, over a few weeks prior to lockdown being imposed, I was after the right conditions, light wind, high tide and good light, which was a tall order. Fortunately the bridge is fairly close to where I live.
