Fallout 76 PTS News - Damage Nerf, Bloodied Nerf, One Wasteland, More XP, New Weapons & Enemies

The Fallout 76 PTS just had a huge update last Friday, Patch 22 is around 25GB and there's a lot of drastic changes on the way. For instance, the damage system changed and the previous multiplier modifiers are now additive multipliers. As such, bloodied builds (as all the others) will get affected and every player will deal less damage as a result. The One Wasteland makes things even more complicated, as it has boosted every single enemy on the map (for high-level players at least!). Moreover, you will be able to earn more experience with the One Wasteland. There are also new weapons and enemies in Update 22.
