The White Castle Review — The 9 Turn Euro

We review The White Castle, the dice dropping short-ish Euro! By Devir Games, this board game has you doing worker placement in dropping dice on the board, to place meeples to get victory points. There’s plenty of variable setup in getting cards, with resource puzzling everywhere. There’s actually pretty well controlled randomness, because you draft off of the dice rolling! Plus, there’s a popular solo/solitaire mode, that isn’t without its balance issues though. Can this deliver a Euro experience in only 9 actions, in 3 rounds of 3 actions? How does it compare to other top BGG Euros, like Gaia Project and Brass Birmingham?
