Reteta de pui crocant cu pesmet Panko este una dintre preferatele familiei . Puteti folosi si pesmet obisnuit, doar ca cel tip panko ne va oferii un rezultat mult mai crocant.

Mod de preparare:
Se sparg ouale intr-o farfurie si se bat,adaugam sare ,piper ,mustar si faina (la ochi ) .
Spalam carnea si o curatam .
Batem carnea si o condimentam cu sare si piper apoi o adaugam in compozitia de oua cu faina.(de preferat ar trebuii sa stea 3-4 ore la marinat ) dar se poate gatii imediat fara probleme.
Pregatim pesmetul panko intr-o farfurie mai adanca si adaugam sare si piper dupa gust.
Intr-o cratita punem ulei la incins apoi felie cu felie tavalim prin compozitia de faina si oua , acoperim bine pe ambele parti, dupa care tavalim in panko (pesmet).
Prajim pe o parte, pana pesmetul devine auriu.
Scoatem pe servetel absorbant si servim cu garnitura de orez sau ce garnitura doriti.(cartofi , piuree, salata ,etc )
