• 2cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/4 tsp haldi
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup Oil (for mixing)
• Water as needed
• Oil for deep frying

Step-by-Step Recipe:

• In a bowl, add besan,turmeric and salt.
• Mix well, then add 1/2cup oil and mix with your hands until crumbly.
• Gradually add water and knead a soft, smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
