Whenever we think about foreign tour, the first procedure is visa. But certain countries provide *on-arrival visa and Thailand is one of them.
*On-Arrival Visa – It means a Visa that can be obtained after you land on the country.
*THB – Thai Bhat (1 Bhat is approx. 2.5 Rupees)
• Flight Tickets - Hence, in our case the first procedure is to check dates and book flight tickets. Weekdays and night flights are cheaper, so plan your travel accordingly. It is also cheaper if you book flights in Air Asia website instead of 3rd party apps like makemytrip or goibibo. Book tickets at least a month ago. Web check-in is available few days before date so that you can avoid queue in airport on travel date. Price will be around Rs.7K to 8K
• Hotels – You have to book hotels before landing, because you will need it for the Visa procedure. Price will be around 300THB – 400THB per person for a decent hotel with AC.
• Visa – Once landed, you will be given a form for on arrival visa. You will need 2000THB for Visa, 10000THB in cash, 2 Passport size photo, and proof of stay(Hotel booking copy).
• Sim Cards – Once passed the immigration, you can see many sim card shops, get one with good internet plan. Price will be around 200THB.
• Taxi – Please avoid airport taxi to escape from unwanted extra charges. Download Grab app its Thailand’s OLA. It has inbuilt translator so you can chat with drivers using that. It’s cheaper and safer. U can also use bike taxi if you are alone.

Bangkok to Pattaya Bus Fare: 120 THB per person.
Art in Paradise Entry Fee: 400THB per person.
Street foods vary from 10THB to 50THB.
Restaurant foods start from 100THB.
Half day tour package in Pattaya: 1000THB per person. This includes Hotel pick up and drop, Speed boat to corel island and back, Underwater walking, Parasailing, Jet Ski Ride, Banana Ride and finally Unlimited lunch buffet(Indian Cuisine).
