[Auto-rewind doesn’t work]
If the auto-rewind stops working, it’s possible that the spring has lost its charge.
Turn the spring charge tab on the back to recharge, and the auto-rewind function should be restored.

[Can’t attach the anchor pin]
Make a knot by looping, then rolling the end of the thread.
Make a large loop and pass the knot through it, then make another loop with the thread you passed through and tie it.
Pull the thread to make the loop small enough to fit around the anchor pin’s groove.
Cut off the excess thread, make another loop, pass the needle through it and pull the thread tightly.

[Can’t pull out the thread]
The thread may be tangled inside.
Release the spring charge, open the tank lid, remove the drum cover, take out the drum, untangle the thread, then replace the drum.
Recharge the spring and the thread should now operate normally.
