本週誰來晚餐拜訪的，是經營運動用品店的小乖和馬拉松好手吉雷米夫婦。吉吉雷米來自南法普羅旺斯，大學念的是地理系，想出國接觸不同文化，當初第一志願是到泰國當志工，但名額已滿，就改選台灣。沒想到竟然就這樣愛上台灣。


Ji Lei-mi is an amiable and easygoing marathon-crazy Frenchman who arrived in Taiwan some years ago as a volunteer. He never imagined he'd become enchanted with the island or fall in love with a girl in a bunny hat! But that's just what happened, and today, he and the bunny-hat girl, his shrewd, resourceful and money-minded Taiwanese wife, Xiao-guai, run a store selling sports goods as well as peddling their wares at marathon events around the country.

In this episode, we discover how Ji Lei-mi relinquished his French macho pride and swapped traditional roles to become a ousehusband in Taiwan; why cultural differences in everything rom humor and food to life values and etiquette, can be the tinder to ignite a war of words; and how one's man's seeming "subservience" is another man's "respect."
