Another one for my knee friendly workout lovers! This is an all standing knee friendly hiit workout with no squats, no lunges, and no jumping. It is a low impact cardio workout with no repeat exercises too so the time really flies by! Since there is no jumping, this is also an apartment-friendly hiit workout. This cardio workout is perfect for getting your heart pumping without the jumping and pressure on your knees! It is the perfect at home hiit workout that will challenge your endurance, help you build strength, and improve your coordination + mind muscle connection.

NOTE: Go as fast as you are able to. I go at a moderate speed during this all standing workout but you can go faster or slower than me if you need! Also, if you need any modification, please let me know in the comments.

The idea with low impact hiit workouts is to do as many reps as you can during the allotted time which in this case is 45 seconds.
