_ 1 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
1 tsp baking powder
| 1 Tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
_ 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
1/2 cup vegetable oil
→ 1 Tbsp milk _ 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, plus more for topping
