My wife was completely confused (and I was stumped too) as the timezones were wrong in Microsoft Teams after switching from DST to standard time this fall.

I found this to be a one-week-long problem with an easy fix (thanks to this webpage https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/out...)

The fix is easy - just switch from Week to Work Week at the top of your calendar.

This only happens when you've added an additional timezone so that you are displaying more than your current timezone in your calendar.
