It is fun recipe to introduce plenty of vegetables into the diet. After cooking the vegetables, make sure to mash them to get a smooth texture. I haven't added food color to this recipe but you can use them to get that bright coloring. You can also add some beetroot juice to get a natural color to the recipe.
