Pollyanna was able to transform her stress into gifts of grace and divine remembrance by profoundly shifting how she nourished her energy. After decades of wear and tear through life's plot twists, she has learned how to calm her nervous system by loving herself back into wholeness through sacred self-care practices that include working with the chakra system, conscious movement, divine connections, co-creativity, the intuitive and quantum energetic healing arts.

She has been following the bread crumbs for over 20 years now, studying in the Divine Connections practitioner program at The Transformational Arts College in Toronto, dedicating herself to a three-year intensive Samhara Reiki practicum, and training with Avesa Quantum Healing teacher and Medical Intuitive Sri Ram Kaa, as well as studying the sacred Essene work through the teachings of Divine Oracle, Master Lady Kira Raa. She currently is practicing the intuitive arts of Chakradance, Samhara Reiki, Infinity Healing, Magnified Healing, Ascended Numerology, Avesa Healing, and Medical Intuition.
