I'm careful with statements like this, because somebody always struggles, but Crust King Khann is one of the easier bosses in the game. That is, if you don't count how difficult it is to find him and the torture of getting to his antechamber through three rooms of increasingly difficult enemies and environments. I swear, I hate Conchflies of all sizes! Once you make it through the third room don't do anything before you unlock the shortcut on the upper left side by knocking down the big spike. At least now after dying you only have one room of enemies to get through to Khann and compared to the rooms before it's a walk in the park.
I managed to beat Khann on my second try, the first time I used the shortcut (that's why I'm still a bit uncertain where to go in the video).

Fighting Khann is similar to Cogwork Dancers or Clover Dancers as he always shows how he's going to attack next; if you only focus on avoiding damage you can do so without too many problems; unfortunately to get the fight over with you also have to hit Khann and that's a bit more of a challenge.
Khann fights by summoning spikes from the walls. He stands still a lot and you have to find the openings to hit him while getting away from where the spikes will appear.
Key is to wait for attacks where he'll stay vulnerable as in: far from the summoned spikes - be more patient than me and you'll take less damage.
The longer the fight lasts the faster Khann will call the large spikes, then, later in the fight there'll be variations with (destroyable) small spikes on the ground and ceiling (04:53).
Even later he'll call conchfly-like spikes on the ceiling that shoot down at you (06:00); you can just sidestep them but the speed everything happens at now makes it likely you cannot react in time and one is going to hit you.
Towards the end of the fight all these attacks bleed into one another, but if you focus on damage control and healing in time survival chances are good.
Any auto-hitting tool like the Cogfly will help during the fight and especially in the last phase.
