Episode 38 - Fuel Filler Neck Replacement 2010 Ford Fusion

Welcome! In this video I replace fuel filler neck in Jadzia in an attempt to fix the quite pesky P0456 trouble code. This code is for a small leak in the evap part of the emissions system, and gas vapors leaking past the fuel door is a common culprit. The most common fix is to replace the fuel filler neck, which I show here. Apologies for the potato camera at times, working at night, under a car using floodlights and flashlights leave much to be desired! In the end the code doesn't clear, but I can report its been about a month since I did the swap and the check engine light still has not come back...

*Update*

As of today (05/04/2022), the emissions code has stayed away. I'm pretty confident to say this repair did clear the emissions code.
