Let’s mod the Konami Hyperstick! It comes stock with all Seimitsu parts, so this is a somewhat simple mod. Many of the same techniques can be used on numerous retro arcade sticks with buttons soldered to the PCB. Obviously, there are many options in terms of PCB, joystick and button choice but this should get you familiar with the mod in general. Have fun!
