Time lapse video, of my set up, cleaning and changing the oil on my KO Lee surface grinder.

The SG was a bit low for me, so I raised it up about 4” with wooden blocks.

The hydraulic system is a self contained unit based on a box that holds 7 gallons of hydraulic fluid. The box slides out easily from under the machine granting easy access to work on the system.

My system was all in one piece but suffered from years of dirt and debris scattered throughout. I removed and cleaned the filter and the storage tank and replaced with all new AWG32 fluid as per the manual.
