Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted moong (green gram)
1/4 cup panner , small cubes
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cup green and red pepper
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
11/2 of lemon juice
½ teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions:

If you haven’t already sprouted the moong, soak 1/3 cup of moong beans in water overnight. Drain and rinse, then tie them in a cloth and leave them in a warm place for 1 days until they sprout.
In a large bowl, combine the sprouted moong, chopped onion, tomato, pepper, coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, Squeeze fresh lemon juice,green chili, cumin powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
over the salad and ga rnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Toss everything gently and serve immediately for a refreshing and nutritious snack.

NOTE: Choose your choice of vegetables and nuts.
