DASH Alexandria Transit Company Exclusive!!! 2017 New Flyer Xcelsior CHARGE XE60 Demo Ride

So, for a couple days DASH is testing a NF Xcelsior CHARGE XE60 in revenue service. I was able to ride it with a friend of mine on Rt AT5. This NF Xcelsior CHARGE XE60 has been testing around varies transit agencies. It a possibly that DASH might be interesting in getting some XE60s in the future, but only time will tell. Also, this year DASH will be getting there first sets of electric buses from both NF and Proterra and should arrive this spring so you can look forward to that. This XE60 will be at DASH until Wednesday and then head to Fairfax Connector for a couple days. I don’t know what route the XE60 will be on for the next couple days, If you want a tour and a ride on these XE60 it will be on display at Market Square in front of City Hall in downtown Alexandria, Va on 2/12/20 from 4-6 pm.
