In this video, I use the ProTemp S1 for the first time to cook up a 3lb tri-tip on my Big Green Egg. I used the ProTemp S1, along with the Breezo fan to control the low n slow cook, then pump up the heat for the reverse sear! The tri-tip turned out perfect, and it was so easy!
