From a 1" reel-to-reel VTR master tape I found at work years ago, and dubbed to VHS. The program was a syndicated TV show, looks like it was produced by Toyota. Stick with it through the black sections, that's where the local stations would put their own commercials. As far as the commentary goes, when the guy says "the chicane", he means The Esses. When he says "the anvil", he means The Boot. Hey, trying to get that 'mass appeal' is how auto racing coverage invented bad sports TV in the first place, right?
