-- Cabbage Pakora --

1 big Cabbage
1 Big Onion
3-4 Green chilli finely chopped
2tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
1 cup besan flour
4 tbsp rice flour
oil to fry
salt to taste

-- Mirchi Pakora / Chilli Bajji --

10 Big Mirchi
1.5 cup Besan Flour
Half cup Rice flour
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
Salt to taste

For stuffing inside Chilli
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masla Powder

Oil to fry
Salt to taste

-- Onion Pakoda --

2 cups thinly sliced onions
1 cup gram flour (besan)
4 tbsp Rice Flour
3 - 4 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for deep frying
