Mid-Autumn Festival is coming soon, so it's time to make mooncakes !😊 Mid-Autumn Festival is a day for reunion, and to make wishes as well as to give thanks. This year I've decided to make my own mooncakes.
In this one video, I'm going to share with you how to make Piggy Doll Mooncakes and Fish Doll Mooncakes using the same pandan coconut fillings. You will only need 4 ingredients to make this mooncake pastry, which are, golden syrup, alkaline water, oil, and plain flour.

Mooncake Recipe by
4 Ingredients:
Mooncake Pastry
1. 200g Golden Syrup
2. 70g Oil
3. 1 Tbsp Alkaline Water
4. 300g Flour

Pandan Coconut Filling
1. 100ml water
2. 350g Grated Coconut
3. 130 Sugar
4. 1/2 tsp salt
5. 2 Tbsp oil
6. 55g Gao Fen/Fried Glutinous rice flour
