Here’s my 28th vlog - another week in my life as an admin assistant working in a government hospital.
In this video, I’m working 2pm to 10pm with Monday and Thursday as holidays; had my dental appointment; attended the inauguration and ribbon cutting event of the BUCAS Center; trying to increase my daily steps with indoor walk exercise; was stranded for 8+ hours on the road due to some political activity that caused me to miss the advance birthday celebration of my nephew. Before my autoimmune disease, I might have been so stressed out with that experience but thankfully God has reminded me not to stressed out on situations that I don’t have control over. Stress won’t do anything good to my health. I hope that chaos would also serve as a lesson to the organisers. They can have all these events they want as long as they don’t cause inconvenience to other people.
