What if GTA Vice City Stories got better treatment from R* and got released for PC in 2020?
This video is my concept how VCS would be like today.
A lot of the mods shown here (mostly map mods) were made specifically for this video and are not available to download as they are not suitable for gameplay. You can still download some of the mods below. Please note, there's no 3D era story missions mod for GTA V, all "cutscenes" and gameplay parts were done manually by me with tools like Menyoo, Simple Native Trainer and Scene Director.
