Jill and I love to open the dividers at Ashtanga Yoga Montréal and enjoy the entire space to ourselves, such as this past Victoria Day when we filmed this with our friend Jimmy. No one around but a few kind souls tending to the plants, and Jill's children playing in the lounge area since it was their day off school. Nothing better than to stretch out on these beautiful wooden floors. This is where our practice is at home.
