Riding the Remutaka Rail Trail - Incline Trail MTB - 4K

We rode the stunning Remutaka Rail Trail - Incline Trail between Kaitoke and Cross Creek in Featherston north of Wellington.

A busy day out on the trail with lots of walkers, runners and riders. A classic New Zealand summer day for it too.

This is a super chill ride with a gentle climb up to the summit and then an easy roll down to Cross Creek. The trail features some historic bridges and tunnels and the new Siberia bridge is a welcome addition to the trail.

We rode one way our Specialized Turbo Levo eMTB's and caught a shuttle with Wayfinders back to our car. We probably could have ridden back, but the shuttle was excellent.
