This building is designed in a way to become a minor dwelling. You will need to get building consent if you add proposed bathroom and kitchen. You will need extra drawings and details for bathroom and kitchen if you intend to build them. I am happy to assist you for this.

You can build the cabin now and convert it to a minor dwelling later.
