Video Alisply Walls Alsina
Recoverable modular formwork for finished concrete walls, designed to be handled by crane. Alisply Walls are formed by a reinforced galvanised steel frame and a lining of phenolic resin-coated plywood. The panels are quickly joined using the manual clamp, which connects and aligns them without the need for accessories.

CHARACTERISTICS OF ALISPLY WALLS
• Panel measurements: Widths of 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 cm and heights of 100 and 300 cm
• Special 200 x 300 cm measurement
• Resin-coated plywood 15 mm thick
• Allowable pressure: 6000 Kg. /m2 (60 KN/m2), (in compliance with the DIN 18202 Standard)

ADVANTAGES OF THE ALISPLY WALLS SYSTEM
• Large surfaces (3 or 6 m2) with minimum concreting joints and needing only two tie rods 3 m in height.
• The frame design enables the system to be used in gradient walls and sloping walls.
• Innovative, quick and safe clamp system for joining panels without the need for tools or aligning bars.
• Its strength and versatility, using standard components, make it a product capable of providing a solution in most circumstances encountered in construction.
• Accessories like: Work Console, Climbing Console, Aligner, Stiffener for large surfaces and elements to build 3-9 m one-sided walls.
• Excellent finish due to the resin-coated plywood lining and the minimum number of joints on the steel frame.

It also covers the provision of formwork equipment and scaffolding assembly services and the implementation of collective protection at work sites.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
We currently have major research and development (R&D) projects in formwork systems, concrete structure, new materials and more efficient, cost-effective and safe solutions for building large civil works. Our more than 150 registered patents are the best calling card of our R&D+i department.
