With the recent changes to billy, it appears that skybilly is no longer possible. No idea whether it will be possible again in the future but for now it seems like its gone for good. A bit of a shame as it was one of the most fun aspects of the game but I can see why an exploit like this cannot remain in the game. I made one last skybilly montage as tribute to this inexplicable and highly entertaining bug.
