Cubans. On Homemade Cuban Bread. With the sauce.

Marinade: 3 limes, 2 oranges, 1 yellow onion, 5-6 cloves garlic, 1 bushel of oregano and cilantro. - mariate over night., Cook on crock pot until temp of 185.- cool then shred
Sauce-1/2 cup miracle whip, 3 tbsp hot sauce, 1 tbsp gr. mustard, 1 tsp black pepper, garlic powder, salt.
Bread- Starter: 1 cup water, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp active yeast, mix well, set in fridge for 8 hours or overnight
Dough- 1 1/2 cup water, 4 tsp sugar, 4 1/2 tsp active yeast-let activate
2 1/2 cups bread flour, 2 1/2 cups all purpose, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, black pepper, salt. - Mix then seperate in half.
1/2 cup flour on side, for dusting, or if need more in the dough.
6 tbsp beef tallow
Mix half of flour mix with yeast mix till shaggy, then add rest of flour, beef tallow and starter. mix until you have a nice, smooth ball. - let rest till double
once doubled flatten into rectangle, make 4 equal pieces, roll out following video, then let double in size.
pre heat oven at 400 degrees, have to racks set to bottom and middle.
slit the top, Spritz with water and bake at 400 degrees with a water pan for ten mintues, rotate and bake an additonal 10- 15 minutes.
let rest on wire rack.
Sandwich- Bread- Toast, sauce, swiss cheese, pickles, pork, ham, swiss cheese, top bread w/ sauce, grill like a grilled cheese, enjoy!
