Here we are using the traditional training tool for smallsword in the 18th and 19th century, the figure of eight foil. We made them using original antique guards and a mix of Leon Paul parts including size 2 foil blades. Aside from needing to shorten the grips these are an excellent representation of the original smallsword training tool.

This is Esther's return to fencing after a long time off due to illness, and Nick still fencing left handed due to a right elbow injury.
