Here are the two keys I work through in this video:

F# or Gb blues

I Chord: Gb7 or F#7

IV chord B7

ii of B = C# minor7
V7 of B = F#7

The blues scale for that ii V = Ab or G# blues scale. In the video I use a combined spelling for ease of thought. It is how I think. If you wish to write these out using the proper spelling for both scales feel free to do so. Mine is a hybrid spelling of both.

Ab B Db D Eb Gb Ab
(In this key we should technically call B natural Cb)

ii of D = E minor7
V7 of D = A7

The blues scale for that ii V = B blues scale
