Hey everyone, have you got a minute?

Welcome to Fit in a Minute - the series of videos where you only need 60 seconds to learn a workout that you can do to help you get FIT, ACTIVE, and BURN some calories! Whilst the workouts themselves may take longer than a minute, this short video is going to take the guess work out for you and help you achieve your goals in no time!

Want to start exercising but don't know where to begin? Spending hours researching and still struggling with what to do? Or maybe you're an experienced exerciser but fancy new challenges? Panic not - this is your one-stop shop for a variety of exercise routines, all explained in less than one minute!

Each one will be different, specialising in different areas of the body, training styles or exercises ranging from HIIT, to Weights, Cardio, Yoga, and so much more - so you'll never get bored!

Today's work out is a 45-second on, 15-second off HIIT workout, with 5 exercises so each round takes 5 minutes exactly. How many rounds you do is up to you! All I ask is you try your best, take any options you may need (eg. take out jumping if you don't want to jump) and have fun! Each time you do it, see if you can do more reps in the time, or do more rounds, and you'll soon start seeing your progress!
