The boss of this side episode is Elefenrir. It's weak to light-elemental attacks, so Holy and Banish +Faith will help in this. If you have a Holy Dragon, highly suggest taking it and using Bravery + Heavenly Wrath to lay down the smack on him. Other than that, the fight isn't a difficult one.
