Sherlock Holmes - The Man with the Twisted Lip (ASH)

St. Clair, a successful businessman, commutes from his country home to London. One day, Mrs. St. Clair spots him at an opium den window, but he quickly vanishes. Despite her efforts to enter, she is stopped by the den's owner. Police find no trace of St. Clair except for some belongings and later discover his coat filled with coins by the river. Hugh Boone, a disfigured beggar, is arrested but denies knowledge of St. Clair. Holmes suspects foul play and investigates undercover. Mrs. St. Clair receives a seemingly genuine letter and ring from her husband. Holmes later reveals St. Clair's double life as a beggar, fearing exposure, he temporarily vanishes but is eventually located alive, with Holmes agreeing to keep his secret.
